Tuff decision???

    I have a pre-hire from werner & swift, do not know what do!!,, I know these 2 companies are at the bottom of the bowl,but I haven't driven OTR since Sept. 2011. need help,,tough decision!!!

    Pick the one closest to home , then tell the other one you need a bit more time that way if the FIRST does not work out you have the 2nd to fall back on.

    Lot of drivers do OK at either 1 of these outfits as well there are the countless WHINERS who would fail at any company.

    Thanks Flatbed, very well put. Ilive only 150 miles from swift but 500 miles from werner terminal

    you have to make a choice on which one fits your needs. both have van and flatbed divisions. from my experience, you'll here alot of complaints and whining from every company out there. suprises me when people talks about companies they never worked for. just remember these are big companies and are considered a starter company by most. your pay will be low at first, but as you get more experience you get paid more. whoever you pick, just learn all you can and be safe doing it. if its illegal, don't do it no matter how much pressure thetry to put on you. protect your license,its your career. but since i work for swift,i'll reccomend them ;)

    I've decided to go with SWIFT, call werner this morning any told them I've was going with a different company..
