Turbo Boost

Can anyone help me out, I have a 2013 Coronado glider kit with a 1999 dd4 12.7 liter engine that came from Detroit as a 500 hp reman engine. I had this thing tuned by Pittsburgh power an set at 600 hp a few years ago. I just had it reprogrammed to a 550 hp. I'm running a 171702 bw non waist gated turbo & just switched to a bw k31 turbo. I can not get over 30 pounds of boost, I've tried & tried for years, I'm told I should be putting out 34 to 40 lbs of boost, on a hill or a pull it falls flat on its face. I'm running a 13 speed with 3:55 rear ends. Can anyone help ?

 

Stop getting ripped off by Schittsbirgh Plower and take it to Antrim Diesel. They'll straighten it out for you.

k31 is garbage 30psi 171702 should be up around 35 38 psi you probably have a boost leak in the ATA

 

Both 600 hp with 1702 30 psi, now 550 hp with k31 28 to 30 psi. Basically falls flat on its face in a pull or anytime I need power
