I'm considering getting my hazmat so I could possibly have better job offers. That being said, does FedEx or UPS have any good company jobs or is it all O/O?

Are you talking about FedEx Freight or just what division of FedEx are you referring to? UPS Freight has a truckload division that they have 0/0s on, but the freight side is all company drivers and UPS is all company drivers.

Even the FedEx divisions that are O/O have fleet owners that hire drivers .

Good idea to get the Hazmat endorsement.

FedEx Freight and UPS Freight are company jobs and two of the best driving jobs on the road period.

if you're going to apply, get your doubles endorsment too.
if you go road, you're at $.51 @mile, local is $21.90, overtime after 8. a $1 raise in 6 months, then you're at top rate.

2 of my friends got hired at fedex in jan. and both were doing local before their week of training simply because that terminal is so busy. the TM can petition the co. to let a new employee go out if they need them.

one of them said that they've hired 2,000 drivers in that last 2 months, so they are busy.
