have they updated to the color touch screen ones or still got the old ones in there?

Werner is reusing old ones that they take off trucks there selling and putting them on new trucks entering there fleet

 

There is a mix of the 4 lines, 11 lines, and full color stylus touch screens. The latter are rare and wear out quickly. The 11 line is the most user friendly/reliable/easily serviced. If your touchscreen craps out nowhere near Omaha or Atlanta, you'll likely be running paper logs for a few weeks.
