Refer company hauls a lot for Jennie o Turkey Store and some for Land O Lakes. Decent company from what I have heard, trailers look a little beat. Other options in the same area are Rambler Trucking out of Albany MN, refer for Land O Lakes and Golden Plump and heavy Haul for Wells precast concrete. Jim Fuchs out of Melrose MN refer for Golden Plump.
Thanks Allis327. Yeah i know they do alot of jennie o from seeing them in wilmar mn , barron wi and of course jennie o in Melrose. Nice equipment from what ive seen volvo 780s. I hear that the drivers are paid on percentage 26 percent of the gross i believe. Just wondering how they're drivers are fairing on that kind of deal. How much deadhead miles company atmosphere, lanes they travel etc.If anyone has any info please let me know thanks.
I've been with them for a year, good equipment, the trailers that are beat up are just local trailers, the long haul trailers are in good shape. If you are a great driver and a really hard runner these guys will keep you running, really running.
Stay away from Jim Fuchs, he has old equipment and he pays percentage of load. Has way to many rules also when you get hired.
