Not defending the company here...but Trying to see this from the company’s viewpoint. This could be a situation where the driver is getting a premium for being out for 3 weeks, but the company is “letting” the driver take a 34 at home instead of a truckstop. Anyway the situation is far from clear as what to the employment arrangement is.
