Make sure Rob and I get those numbers.. they would be in our general area.. Can't have too many good connections.

I had my first face to face with a LL today.. She was actually a very cute, very polite girl, ... #### shame....

master technician is one that takes all areas of the Automotive Service Excellence tests. A.S.E for short. pass all tests and you are known as master technician. you pass one or more tests you are certified in those areas you pass and get certificates. pass all 6 you get a badge labled master tech. least that's how it used to be. i had 8 tests for automotive. (retired auto master tech 10 years ago). it's not required to be a mechanic. but some shops paid a little better. mostly dealers. some shops could care less if you have them. if you could do emissions and safety inspections that's what they really wanted. as well as knowing how to be an mechanic.

certificates are good for 3 years. they have to retake and recertify every 3 years. unless things have changed.

It will be wednesday before the part even arrives. The truck is outside of Atlanta anyway, so thanks but don't worry about it, it's not in NC anyway. :yes2557:

in my experience, that ASE certification is worth less than the paper it's printed on. Seen some real dumb ##### who thought they were the #### because they can wear a patch.
