I like my job for the most part. They've never used or threatened forced dispatch before. Just curious if its legal thanks

Unless a company has it in the driver handbook or hiring paperwork that there's "no forced dispatch", then it's legal.

If I drove a Goodwill truck, never have to spend money on Christmas gifts.

Look I put in over 20 yr OTR thankful y'all out there doing it now. But I am done with that. I run locally and have plenty of offers to go elsewhere.. I really like my job where I am but always old school when threatened I have the cdl I choose when and when not to turn the key.

If you are holding active CDL A and so on and Dispatch sez Mush. you Mush.

    Get going yer late already.

Don't like it? Then you better have a powerful reason behind that NO. One that they cannot argue with. And prepare to be discarded anyway for refusal to work.

Do not be afraid of death. That too is temporary.
