In today situation is it worth to relocate? My situation is 0 experience and not able to find work, that I am ok. I am young no kids, only wife. I am living on east side and planning to relocate in the middle or west side like KY, TX, AZ, NV? I am not talking just about my situation, but is it worth it? To relocate for driving job?
Yes, it's worth it. If you have a decent job plus job satisfaction, you can't put a price on that. Life is just better. ~ Southern Nevada is beautiful, in my opinion. I moved here from Tennessee and have no regrets. No personal income taxes and like Kentucky, no food taxes at the grocery store.
Robertson's opened a terminal in Las Vegas. They're involved in building the new Interstate 11 which will keep drivers busy for years. This company hires new cdl school grads. Click ---->> ROBERTSONS READY MIX Home - Robertson's 14575 Arville St, Las Vegas, NV 89141
Anything between San Antonio and DFW is growing like wildfire. Any property you purchase is likely to see some good appreciation. Southern TX is very nice also. Low rents. I dont know how the crude fiasco is going to affect Midland/Odessa area. It was an area with growing pains, and it stunk. But lots of money to be made over there. There is a crude cushing right now. Opec and Russia are arging over production and someone dumped a bunch of futures back into the market. There are other issues as well. Or thats the news anyway. San Antonio up to DFW is nice. High rents, I hear in DFW. You could probably get lower rents in Killeen and Waco. R&L Carriers has a terminal in Temple. If you did regional or OTR theres a lot of choices in DFW. I hear a lot of people are parked right now not getting many loads in general.
TravR1 is completely wrong. TX is full and we're currently not accepting any new residents till 2055. Please check back then. Thx.
