No no. They don’t read it. The magical superpowers of being vaccinated are held within that card. I can’t explain it but I’ve read enough to know this has to be true. I actually feel the push as I walk past vaccinated people in public. It has really changed my mind.

I’m actually going to mix all 3 of the shots into one. Call it the eight ball of vaccinations…..cause I like to party.

Well if it can possibly reduce the chance of dying from a scary high 99.7% to something actually low like maybe 99.8%, then count me in!

I just went to Rural King, Walmart and a random gun shop and yelled at all the rednecks. Told them the variants were coming and they were all gonna die. I feel so empowered!!!

Guess you missed the sarcasm. I was going to offer real advice about what I eat and what I do on the road, but since he locked himself inside for a year he clearly feels he’s better and smarter than the rest so he can figure out what to eat and how to exercise on his own.

Haven't made a lot of progress yet..............but I have recently had some serious health scares so I
have made a serious effort to make some changes.

I started to watch my salt and sugar intake. Start watching labels.......it is surprising how many
foods are not very healthy. For example.....I always thought a sandwich would be fairly healthy.......
found out that lunch meat can be very high in salt. Some are worse than others.

I guess my point is get your diet as squared away as possible.....cut back on stress as much as you
can. Even some basic exercise will go a long way.....things like walking, pushups, etc. Doesn't need to be
complicated..........some simple, basic changes will go a long way. Good luck.

Eat salads, fruits etc. Reward yourself on Saturday with a burger/milkshake. Jog around the truck stop daily. Your "golden years" are over. You're now in your "final years". Just have fun . (coming from a 75 yr old who can still climb a ladder) ! WOOP-WOOP ! ! !:boxing: :dontknow:

Quite a few old timers didn’t make it in my town. When it’s time to go, I reckon it’s time
