    I'm wondering if he didn't shoot himself, how was blood seeping from the cab?

    I would guess that the blood was from the decomposition of the body.

    the report said the gun had not been fired

    this is true, decomposing bodies leak bodily fluids. it is easy to seep out of a truck, given all the rubber or plastic plugs in the floors, and/or seams in the floors that could have had an opening. if his truck had previously a Qualcomm, like one that i had, the guys removing all the wiring, never seem to plug up every hole.

    I’m wondering if carbon monoxide poisoning played a role. Police said the key was in the on position in the ignition,which suggested the truck literally ran up to the point of fuel exhaustion.

    I wouldn't either but somebody is going to have to do it. I wonder what they do in a case like that. Tow the truck, strip off the useable outside parts and crush the rest? The way the inside of that truck would smell I can't see anybody driving it.
