To be clear, was not calling Martin a brittle soul but rather the lady in the story.
Second, yes log truck drivers are pretty insane at least in the places I have worked along side them. I still cant get used to seeing the way their trailers follow the truck

 

I once quit a job at lunch on the second day.
The first day was horrible and I thought it’s just the first day , tomorrow will be better .

nope , the second day the abuse was even worse and while I was sitting in the drive thru line getting lunch , I just said F- this , and drove back home .

Russia stated the other day any US states who want to break away and join them are welcome. ..They said America is divided and in a state of decay.. unfortunately they are right on that point..this story is a good example.. Also tic TOC is Chinese owned, they love this. There is a whole other story about that

We have got to get Tic Tok out of our country. I believe the damage its doing is immense.

Evidently, the algorithm tictock uses in the US is set to promote any scummy material out there that can be found and poison and mold the minds of our youth..and everyone else for that matter. In China ticktock uses a different algorithm, one that promotes positive things etc. India from what I understand outlawed ticktock because of what the Chinese are doing. Absolute total brainwashing and propaganda being spewed via ticktock here in the US. And every one is oblivious or don't care.

 

I quit before lunch time on day one of a new job once.

I wasn't mad in the slightest.
Actually had a good laugh when I found out.
Next morning I caught a ride up to where my truck was left, went up, got loaded, and drove it out.
Then got looking for another driver.
To this day when I think about it, I still laugh.
