truth about new trucks for drivers

So I have been hearing that after your training they send you to your truck while its getting made. I know this is crap but I would like to know more about the getting your truck process and how new are they.

is that the same program where you pick the options for your truck?
i applied there--but havnt heard anything yet
guess they are still making the truck

 

Used to be a company---PST, you COULD pick the color of your truck.......

you have to try to locate a truck, after the last driver abandoned it , somewhere !!!

 

Yea I figured it was bs. Well I'm still very interested in tmc anyone drive for them now have any pros, cons, tips anything for someone like me.
