Hire Right has this cool report you pull, right next to your DAC, that does criminal background checks. Since DUI'S are misdemeanors and involve being arrested, they will pop up on your criminal background check. Things don't "fall off" that report. However, I don't know anything right.
If you have a background check done, similar or preferably a Hire Right one, and they don't show up, I'd be tempted to not disclose them as well.

Don't give up yet, I had 3 in the early to mid 80s and after they were over 3 years old didn't tell anyone about them and never had a problem, I have changed my ways since then and guess that you have too.

Pull a copy of your MVR and see if they're on it, if not apply for jobs and don't tell them...what's the worst that can happen?
You won't get a job that you don't have now?

Mine don't even show up.when Canadian Immigration checks me, but Id stay away from Canada if you can.

Back when those DUI took place,

    laws varied greatly between states.

    Do a little checking,

you may be pleasantly surprised !!!!

You're right. I did not consider the criminal aspect of a DUI. But i still stick to what I said, just need to add to it. I would go to the DMV get a copy of my driving record for 10 bucks. Then you can use a service for a criminal background check, then fill out my application appropriately.
