Staten Island,NY Looks like they are going to keep me here waiting for hours and will end up taking my 10 @ the shipper.

I just avoided a 'next load' from there.
But tomorrow I'll be in Secaucus NJ delivering my load.

I wonder what nightmare awaits me.

Just never go to Visy Paper in Staten Island if you can avoid it. 6 1/2 hours so far. I actually made it to a dock then the guy comes out and tells me my trailer is too small for the rolls he was going to put on and to go back to waiting area, he "should" have some smaller rolls he can put on later.

And that is exactly where that pplan was for.

Now I'm really glad I was able to get out of it.

Finally made it out after a little over 9 hours and there were people there before me that were still waiting. From what I hear the reefer world is worse but this was probably the worst shipper Swift has sent me to yet. Only redeeming thing about the place is at least they don't kick you out if you need to stay for a 10. I was so sick of them tough I used my down time as 8 hour split, got outta NYC round 3am with no traffic, made it to TA in Columbia,NJ took a nap for a few hours and then made it to OH were I sit now. I'm tcalling this in Gary and going in for b-service so I want to get there asap, sooner I get there further up in the line I am. Oh and that bridge on I278 is just nuts, have just a couple of inches on each side and a bunch of nut jobs just flying around you.

Still home. Delivered yesterday, Costco, and was a live unload. Appt was rescheduled, and the day #### did not make a note of it. It was okay. First time at this place that was a live. No empty trailer. They were loaded with backhauls.
