You can take them home. You can drop the trailer if you have a kingpin lock and letter of approval. I think if you drop the trailer it has to be 10 miles from your home, but I would have to look into it to be sure.

Hey no tarps, I am pending approval with the safety board, and past employee verification. What is your truck number? If I get hired maybe you will get the bonus. You guys are my top choice over TMC, unfortunately TMC turned me down for being 23. Werner is the only other company who hasnt wasted my time, US Xpress are ##########. I am praying to the Maverick Gods, Keep me away from werner please!!

I am very pleased with them! My home time is weekends 98% of the time. Last week was the 1st weekend I did not get in. Stayed out 2 weeks, but this week delivered on Thursday morning 12 miles from the house. Was home the rest of the day, till midnight. Had to load 28 miles from my house that delivers on tuesday in texas, so they made up for me being out 2 weeks.:biggrin_25520:

Thanks for all the good information NoTarps. I'm thinking about appling to Maverick and have a question. With all the anti-idle laws, has Maverick installed APUs on their trucks? If so, which units and how are they working out? If not, what have the drivers been doing during all the hot weather that we've been having and what will they do this winter? Again, thanks.
