Since I sold my own truck I've been driving a heavy haul r620, it's on steel front and back with a straight front axle, i think that's standard on them despite the fact with the topline cab it's 4.1 meters high, the newer one is on air at the rear but steel on the front with a straight axle too, the boss says front air wasn't available to him when he bought it

Really? I read an article saying it was by some design house in England , it did occur to me it looked like the actros, #########!

They are due a redesign , we've had this basic cab design for just over 15 years now

German magazine interviewed the guy, he said it's designed 100% by him but to me the base is Actros, even that trailer is MB aero prototype.

Those Scania's sure look like they would be comfortable to drive, It would be interesting if I could get one over here and drive it daily just to see what it is like :biggrin_25519: It appears that the whole cab is on air, "much like the late 70,s Ford CL-9000 COE with Air Ride Cab". My uncle had one of those and it remains the most comfortable smoothest riding and quiet truck I have ever been in or driven Conv. or COE.
