FUH, FUH, FUH, FUH, FIVE DOLLAR, FIVE DOLLAR FOOT LOOOOOONG!!!

This is why I hate Subway. Never ate there much, but the commercials have pissed me off so much I can't even stand thinking or seeing a Subway anymore.

What I can't figure out, is why more drivers don't go to a Wal-Mart Supercenter and grab the roasted chicken? Tastes great, costs around $5, and gives you 3 or 4 meals.

CommDriver and Dna Mach Thank this.

Great post!! Just the smell at the fuel desk turns my stomach. Bag of jerky and a coke is way better.

I've always loved Subway. I'm just tired of it now.

Sure would be a good time for mom and pop type truckstops with a grill and bar stools at the counter to open up. I think people everywhere are sick of commercialized truckstops, restaraunts, and everything else that has made America one big generic one size fits all place to do business.

Is that what that stuff is? I thought they sliced up a rubber chicken.

That's the way it goes. The first year they are pretty good. By the second year you are "not again".

Get to year fifteen and dog food and crackers look better!

Did I say Jarred was crackhead? :yes2557: It wasn't them vegie subs! :biggrin_2559:

I went a year and a half without one and not by choice we stopped at the Lebanon, TN Pilot. Okay, I'll try Subway again. I couldn't even eat it. I picked some of the meat off and threw it away. That smell and bland veggie taste just burns into your memory.

I understand what your saying, I was working alot of overtime and stopped at a Subway every night for almost a year. Started to realize how awful the bread really tastes. If it weren't for the Sundrop. I'd never been able to eat it. Sundrop makes anything taste better.
