    I can light another fire under it soon as something actually happens with it. Judge should be about at the end of his patience with these continuances. He might weasel out one more but that's it.

    There ought to be a stipulation in his sentencing that if he ever video tapes another vehicle going down the road, all charges are reinstated to the fullest extent and of to prison he goes.
