Fiance and I just received a pre-approval from Systems TWT once we complete our CDL school next month. We also have received pre-approval from Prime Inc. Now time to decide between the two.

No we do not want to start out with tank. Either dry van or temp-controlled.

A lot of the teams for TWT run out to the east coast and back to California. It seems like a good gig, lots of miles. I've got a good buddy on the reefer side and they keep him moving. The big thing that would drive me crazy is they pretty much live on I-5.

Probably would have to look for a smaller company than those, I think I've seen some on Craigslist.

It doesn't make sense to me how van drivers make more than me doing flatbed, maybe I was wrong about making more. I switched to the ca regional fleet and am making 32a mile from 34.5 doing otr , the reason given to me makes me laugh, anyway if I can't find a regional flatbed gig that pays at least 36 a mile in the next 6 months I'm going back to dry van/reefer where I can make 36 plus a mile
