Okay I must go to sleep... no more time to play around when money is to be made.
Have to knock out nearly 500 miles tomorrow from Ohio going across PA into Maryland. :biggrin_2552:

Quick update is last Monday I was in Iowa and the plan was to STAY in that midwest regional and run circles as long as possible.
This is pretty much about what happened to that plan.... [IMG]
    Huge rates lured me elsewhere
Pittsburgh twice, left going west twice and now going back through PA for a 3rd time to Maryland and then back to PA on Monday.
Stupid PA you always lure me in! :evil3:
But as long as there's no surprises I'll fly past $6000 in revenue for the week on less than 3000 miles.
And that's with a load cancel and bobtailing nearly 400 miles to my next load earlier this week. Crazy... crazy crazy week I tell you.
Ever since I complained about trailer tandems I've had zero trailer issues. I feel like I'm in the twilight zone. :confused2:

    lmao!
I don't earn as much as it appears because I try to pile money up but then use that to pile time off and have fun :happy6:
At least that's what I've been doing lately.. I might operate differently later on depending how I feel.
It's all about the Lifestyle though that's for sure :headbang:

nope. Passport required. FAST card helpful too. If you have had any traffic stuff or criminal convictions, you want to look into being approved for crossing first. Can be at the border guards discretion. not something you want to be under load for and being denied entry.

Forms available throught the canadian customs website.

I really wonder if a person runs enough thru a certian amount of states if this "tax" will all work it self out??? I have been studing a few puplic truck companies and there quartly reports and NONE of them mention IFTA and fuel strategy...I know Double Yellow loves the numbers but it seems to me if you stay away from states that dont allow credit or low credit to other states like Indiana one would be "ok"...its interesting but I cant believe its more than a 500.00 per year to the owner op...yes 500.0 is money but if you spent/ spend that time on load factoring I would think you can make that back real quick....thoughts?

Trucking in Canada is not much different than trucking in the US, our HOS are different but that's about it.

Or you learn to root your android phone so you can use the Hotspot for free. I have sprint and my phone is rooted and get pretty good data coverage. I usually use 80-100 gigs a month.
