just looking for trouble! there are better ways to handle your situation, if you never missed a payment, call a lawyer, bring him your paper work that proves you made them and he/she will handle it, if on the other hand? you really didn't make all the payments, be a man and give them the truck

Maybe I have a cynical nature but my first thought was, "Here's a guy who wants to boost a truck and wants truckers to tell him how not to get caught."

 

after reading the start of thread it occurred to me that this operator just may be feeling the effect of this cheap market, taking loads for whatever it pays, living expenses paid but no money for truck pmt.
