I keep getting code "SAM Controller RSRVC 249s254 14" as well as "SAM SA33 SPN520403 31" on my 2010 Cascadia. I'm sure it probably something small, but I want to figure it out. Anyone know?

Ok thanks. I'll check it out. Do you know what the function of that relay is? I haven't noticed anything out of the norm going on inside the cab as far as lights and electrical.

BR25 is a bistable relay that is used for priority 1 comfort load low voltage disconnects of 12v power receptacles and reading lamps. Since it is a bistable relay it stays in it's on or off state unless triggered by the sam_cab. So it's probably staying on when it is commanded off or vise versa.

Ok that sound like an easy fix. Just swap for a new one. Badda boom, badda bing! Right?

That would make sense. It's a "new to me" truck, and I don't think either mirror heater is working, or working that well.

hold on men. hold on. Badda boom, badda bing no gonna work. it's not square box 379. see the notes about this fault.

    Notes: DTC for pins 575 (12Vpower receptacle4 (sleeper, cigar), BAT,X3/3), 576(12V power receptacle 5 (sleeper, cigar), BAT,X14/1), 176 (auxiliary circulation fan -sleeper,BAT,X1/13)and 553 (reading lamp (switched locally),BAT,X16/13).

    Possible Causes
    1. The wiring harness to the connected loads is shorted to battery

    2. Bistable relay 25 is stuck

I'm willing to bet that bistable relay 25 needs replaced, it is very uncommon for wiring inside the cab to get damaged.

I was thinking that too, but it's a 6 year old truck and I've only been in it for a couple months now. It's had the code since I started driving it. Either way, it's not on the priority list of things to fix. Thanks to all of you.
