NERD ALERT !!! NERD ALERT !!!

actually i just got my millenicom 3g dongle yesterday... haven't tried playing wow on it yet, but i'm expecting to have to give up pvp servers and become a carebear. 400+ pings make world pvp unbearable.

my poor laptop could barely keep up with tbc, now with wotlk it's nothing but a slideshow in northrend :( i rerolled [H] pve to play with my brother again. depending on how the millenicom wireless broadband works out, i might have to upgrade my laptop once i hit the higher levels.

73 warrior, 70 rogue, 45 rogue, 12 druuuud, and 200+ levels on various other alts...

Better find something with unlimited usage...whatever you get.

Tethered accounts generally run more, after 5 gig.

Anyone know what are the limits of the Sprint Blackberry Unlimited account? Sounds stupid to ask about limits on an account that's named Unlimited, but I'm sure their phone as modem usage has limits.

I never had the attention span to reach 70

    My 3 highest:

    54 Human Pally (PvE)
    54 Blood Elf Pally (PvP)
    50 Human Priest (PvE)

I'm sure they treat it the same as AT&T and Verizon. It's truly unlimited. As long as you don't use it as a connection for your PC aka tethered.

My son uses AT&T, that's what he was told.

i haven't checked yet, but i did read that wow went through some optimizations as far as total data throughput.

i do know of one *hardcore* pvp'er who played on dial-up for a week or two and found it workable. so hopefully wow itself wouldn't go anywhere near 5gb in a month
