What @Dave_in_AZ said. Could be as much the freight broker/shipper/receiver as the carrier though. But yep expect it of freight for most every large carrier or receiver. Big places do not have office staff to get stuff done on the weekend. Docks may run 6 or 7 days a week, office staff that controls the appointments and other important thing for truckers are typically M-F 1000 to 1500 with an hour lunch break. And they do not work Holidays or semi Holidays.
Oh I don't think I have it at all, slept like a stone, but I'm worried about being normal. Especially in the eyes of the forum.
The super powers are even completely computerized. There's no human to talk to. Your time has to be changed by someone in the shipping / receiving system. Good luck with that. I am honestly shocked at how many people have taken me early. And places that I thought never would in a million years. Now there's a handful that will count it as a service failure if you show up early. And there's others that are so proud of their freight you have a 30 minute window. One place is 15 minutes.
