    This is an interesting thread. I too am currently in litigation with Mercer Transportation for a similar situation. I am glad someone is getting them to atleast take responsibility ( @texasmorrell ) for trying to scam them. If people only knew what really goes on in the Mercer office and the cover ups and backdoor deals and protection of some of the agents WOW!!!

    Mercer is definitely showing how shady they are...they're trying some bs with me now....they can take their scamming bs and shove it...

    I left in early September And they send me a settlement sheet this week stating they want $6000 for trailer wear But do not list any thing that was allegedly done to the trailer and they also want money For the qualcomm elog service for the month of October and they want money for the base plates for the remainder of the year...
