13 YRC applications with CLP A permit all endorsements.

All rejected, scratching my head with the '#Truckershortage' or
basically #Faketruckershortage. Think YRC trains family, friends,
workers then IF possible gives someone a chance. #Baloneyshortage
#Americans do not want these jobs lol.

 

Is there a YRC terminal near your home?
You still living in Queens? If so, maybe that's why YRC isn't hiring you.

Not all companies need max drivers. I have terminal same city as me and they have no openings, So broaden your search to more than just 1 company and think because they refused you that there is no shortage

 

they might have a hiring area, that you ain't near..??

or they only want someone with more qualifications that what you have?

you got a good background? a good DMV?

try other companies as well.

 

You should apply to Yellow. It's no longer YRC.

Its the NE how much more broad does it to get I applied to 13 positions no response and with all the necessary endorsements.

 

Hey CT they have three terminals within 50 miles of me, think the so called shortage is
very specific to Midwest or areas where CDL jobs are about the same money as other
jobs plus the 24/7 type of work that trucking involves, especially when your starting out.
