2005 Kenworth T600 MXS Cat will turn over but not start. Pro-link will not detect ECM. Checked harness and have power and key power and grounds as well (Pins 52,53 hot 70 key hot) (Pins 65 and 67 Ground).

Tried another ECM and same thing. Dash reads -------- until you switch it off and it flashes mileage for one moment.

Dead primary and secondary speed sensor possibly. Will the cruise control switches give you any codes on the dash ? I presume you have checked out the fuel side.

Just throwing this out there, because this happened to me. Truck (MXS C15 '05) cut out on me on the highway. Had power, had fuel, had everything working that was supposed to be working. Pulled into a rest area, cranked it and it would crank full power but not fire up the motor. Checked wiring, batteries, maybe I had a fuel line burst and could not find a single thing wrong. I checked fuse box, and no popped fuses. When I slammed the door the thing started. I removed fuse box door and started pushing on fuses. When I pushed the 5 amp fuse labeled "EE W/O DDEC/N14", the motor shut off. No codes. One of the blades/tooth must have worn thinner because the rear leads were not loose. Swapped fuses and it started right up. I know you verified pins and power but you just never know.

Yep, load test the powers and grounds with a head light.

That is one problem. I have no idea what fuse goes to what. There are a lot of relays and fuses in the box but the cover is gone. I did test with test light and pulled out larger amp fuses and inspected them and ohm them. There were two relays that click when I turn the ignition on and I tried new relay but no change. I might see if company that owns truck has anothe with a good fuse panel diagram. Local junk yard did not.
