2007 387 387 starts fine when cool but not at operating temp

Please help my 387 starts fine when cool but once its at operating temp it wont start until it cools down//: over crank protection has been by passed // wheres my starter relay ( not the one on fuse box)

 

Is that the one with the gm 8.1 big block?

 

What does it do?.
What doesn't work?
The starter doesn't turn or the motor turns over but doesn't get ignition?
