    Scales on 71 south of Kansas City were open and inspecting both directions friday, closed today. They're up to something.

    The last 3 years I have seen a total of only 3 or 4 scales open during the blitz. I know OH does a lot of theirs on mobile patrol especially rest areas it seems.

    Yeah, I saw a couple dot trucks sitting in Springfield off I-44 and a few prowling around. I am, as usual, as uninteresting as possible.

    dont know if itll be open but the sb i-65 in indiana xt 240 just south of the 65/80 split signs are all broke so you dont know if it says open o' closed so watch out for that one.
