So im driving a cascadia first day and the fan never kicks off. Is it normal? It's only bobtailing today. Could thermostat be broken?

There could be 3 things that turn the fan on, a/c pressure switch(all trucks with a/c), engine coolant temp (usually cut in at 215-220 out at 205) and a fan switch in the cabin.

Do you notice if you are loosing secondary air pressure? It could be the seals are bad in the fan clutch.

Engine temp is 180 to 200 and it's running. I wonder if new design of better fuel economy is to keep it in that range? It's a dd15. I don't see a fan switch in cabin.

I did notice secondary tank was Lower than primary.

If the seals in the fan clutch are bad the regulator will be popping quite a bit more often, as it uses air to release the clutch.
