Maybe the phone charger cords went bad?? Get a simple 12v test light and check all the fuses again. Using the test ports on the back of the fuse. Some times they can blow with out being able to see the break in the fuse wire.

There is a fuse box under the hood on the drivers side that has fuses in it. Check there for the blown fuse

None of them work? There's a few fuses for the different power ports. The ones by the ash tray should be in the panel by the clutch pedal. If you have the optional one near the top of the dash by the air switches, it's also in there, but a different fuse. The ones for the bunk are in the bunk fuse panel on the drivers side accessed from the bunk door.

My 2016 389 has 3 fuse boxes. 1 under the hood on firewall on drivers side, 2, inside cab at the left foot area near clutch pedal, 3, inside sleeper under bunk accessed from the door on sleeper.
