2016 T660 Nav Plus Help

I drive a 2016 KW T660 with the in dash Nav Plus system. Everything works on it except the diagnostics touch button and the navigation. Is there a subscription that comes with the truck that expires or am i missing something? My employer said it worked before but not now....he suggested maybe something expired after the first year the bought it. I didnt think GPS navigation would expire?

 

Have you called your local kW dealer or checked their website?

 

I havent called KW no, but I have scoured the internet as well as the KW site. Nothing helpful on there.
