Have a 387 Pete and the owner said the power window stopped working on both sides. The driver window will not go up or down and neither the driver side or passenger side switch will make the passenger window go up or down.

Is there a fuse or relay anywhere?

Hit the power door lock buttons a few times. Always brings them back for me.

That's odd that they both don't work. I'm taking a shot in the dark and gonna say it's a fuse that's shot.

All I see is a diagnostic panel.

the 06 387 we just got does the same thing and we have to pull it up by hand to assist the power motor, it is the regulator that is bad in ours. pete want a lot for it,but i talked to a friend who is in parts said it is a generic common part for a lot of apps

Thanks. I think the driver said they had to replace the switches in this one on both sides. I will double check with him and post.
