411 CARRIER RESPONSE

    Hello,

    Seeking help as to "How do I get carrierresponse.com to remove information that a broker has posted about my company. Besides responding within 72 hrs, is there anything else I can do to fight back. We are not allowed or given the opportunity to post our emails to prove our side. Just word against word. TYIA

    There are many threads here about this. You can respond to their allegations and tell your side of the story. Who really cares though? It's, "He Said, She Said" in the end. Why don't you name the broker right here to other Operators and tell us what happened?

    The best way to protect yourself from that is don’t deal with brokers. If you’re in a position where what some bottom feeding pos freight pimp has to say about you affects your business one way or other you’ve got something cross threaded there.

    We had taken a load from:

    Had emailed broker drivers ETA and will be late due to traffic. He berated female staff and threatened if we did not get there by 11:30 he will give load to another carrier. We can't make it and he threatenedd staff to run our trucks off the road and emailed her and called her a "dumb #####", etc. All the while the staff is trying to let him know we are still trying to get there and do not want to fall off the load. In the end, we had no choice but to fall off because he was not cooperating or giving us an opportunity to pick it up late.

    Suntek are scumbags. They've been on my, "Do Not Haul" list for years. They did you a favor because I'm willing to bet they would have slow paid you and/or tried to short pay you if they paid at all. Real bottom feeders they are. Thanks for sharing with us.

    Guys like that who insult people on the phone need a slap upside the head .. too bad you don’t record conversations. A tik Tok or you tube video of conversation would do wonders for his business. PS don’t forget to leave a review on the company.
