Sorry to hear that, most benefit packages have a program where you can talk to someone in confidence. Might want to talk to them or a clergy.

I am sorry for the families loss. I am so sorry to hear that you have witnessed this tragedy.
I don't want to visualize what you must have experienced, but can only extend my well wishes for your recovery.

    Sincerely,
    Sara

Watched a fellow motorcyclist in our bike trip slide on a sandy corner and hit the guardrail head on, died on impact. Was in shock for a while, had a lot of sleepless nights over vivid memories of the images I witnessed. Just met him that morning for the first time.

Time heals all wounds, but the memories are forever.

You will get thru this, talk to someone about it.

Get some professional help to deal with it and don't ignore it as it won't go away. I have been through several of these and have been diagnosed with PTSD because of it. It was only after I received professional help that I was able to cope with it and able to move on. Best of luck.
