Just to start things off. I have been driving for 2 years I went through a mega carrier for cdl training and then another guy I met gave me an opportunity to drive for him paying more so obviously I was like ok and went with it.

I got pulled over for speeding yesterday just got a warning is that a moving violation and does it stay on my record for 3 years?
Just curious, company is threatening to remove me which I understand I have probably the worst driving record out there. Only been staying with them bc I’m probably not able to be hired anywhere else With 2 accidents

a parking lot accident where I was trying to back in to a spot another guy seen me I assumed he was waiting for me so I did a pull up and was about to back in when the guy goes by and his trailer hits me, I was at fault bc I should not have pulled up.

And another I was at a stop light and a truck was trying to turn he had no room it was a very tight turn. I turned my hazards on looked behind my trailer no one there got in my truck looked in mirrors and crept backwards very slowly needless to say a car had got behind me an old man. But I just scratched his grill so not even any thing bad, but still an at fault incident.

I was so new and have learned from those mistakes and to be completely honest, I am still learning things.

Unfortunately I can’t afford to work with my current carrier anymore am I screwed and can no longer drive a truck? This definitely makes me scared to drive but I really enjoy it. Im not a dangerous driver in my opinion
And the lessons I learned I’ll never make again
I only have 1 ticket that I had to fight and pay for from the parking lot accident no other citations

if you're still getting into accidents and getting tickets, and you have 2 years in so far?

what school did you go to? which mega carrier trained you.??

you should have stayed there frankly. they would have made sure you passed reasonably well, or fired you.

you know that your CDL is VERY IMPORTANT to your livelihood, why were you speeding?

if the cop did an inspection, then YES, it'll show up.

we are always "learning things" but if you are still having accidents or getting tickets, maybe driving just isn't for you.??

    Where is your location?
    Apply with 2nd chance companies.
Submit the online applications before calling. Submit the application, then call the next day. This way, when you do call, your information is already in the file. Call and say, "I'm checking on my job application."

You can get a job. Your career is NOT over. As a general rule, the companies that will hire you with X number of tickets or accidents are not as good to work for as the ones that hire only drivers with zero tickets and accidents. Even if you have twice as many minor accidents and tickets as now you can probably work for some company. The thing you will need to be careful about is SOME of those employers can be more dishonest about paying what they said or they treat drivers worse than the companies that won't hire drivers with tickets/accidents. You need to know from their drivers how those type of companies treat drivers and pay them. If any decent company wants you to work for them, they will let you talk to one of their drivers. Don't work for any company until you have talked to some of their drivers.

I don't know how the warning ticket will affect you because it depends on what type of warning ticket it is. It seems lots of city and state cops are giving warning tickets by calling it an inspection. In that case it is visible to the employer and insurance company, IIRC. Maybe I'm wrong. Until your CDL is canceled some trucking company somewhere will hire you and the 1099 companies will hire you, probably even if you are an escaped murderer, LOL.

Don't give up hope. All of us make mistakes, but only you can protect your license. No boss or cop cares as much about your license as you should. Don't let anyone force you to risk losing your license.
