I've read plenty of negative things about Swift having lurked around this and another board. Are there any new drivers out there that have recently graduated from Swift's school? Preferably the one in Memphis. What are your experiences? Do you have a good Mentor, or at the least one that is fairly easy to get along with? Do you have a ton of idle time? Is it really as bad as people are saying? I am getting rather apprehensive about going with this company from all the bad things I've heard, but it seems nobody else is really hiring.
