I should've clarified. I saved up enough money for a truck and I'm looking to find a company to switch too. And Landstar came across. I wanted to know pros/cons, do they have a load board, and is there a base pay or does it depend on the load? Thanks

Have you considered contacting Landstar directly to get the answers to your questions. I don't know, just a thought.
