A gazillion? Try less than 10,000 and we did not get any calls to particpate in the voting. Infact, I did not participate, as I seldom involve myself with surveys.

Percentage wise, we have less lying Agents than lying truckdrivers that I have met.

It was an opinion poll, not based on anything else.

Ohhh here we go again with the LS runaround. Same old story with them. They have what amounts to a bunch of commissioned sales people called agents. These "Secret Agents" with three letter acronyms like "CIA" and "KGB" have gone rogue but as long as they contribute to the LS bottom line, Jacksonville is OK with that. LMAO.

TCA website says fleet safety rating is a factor. Uh-huh.

Not sure the size of their Agency. Calls themselves Little John Trucking I think

Oh well, every big company will have their jealous detractors. Nothing new here. Is LS perfect? Nope, but I have never seen one that was.

BTW, what was the safety rating of the other candidates? Slightly over, by one division, does not disqualify, when the overall scoring is averaged.

Little John does not have a good reputation with the BCOs. Many sub-agencies. Some are actually pretty good, some not so good. Sounds like you dealt with one of the not-so-good ones.

That's your problem right there. I won't load for a little john agent unless the rate is so lucrative I can't turn it down. Their main source of freight is CHRW. Just like your blacklisted carriers, we have blacklisted agents. Any agent with a 479 area code is suspicious to me.

My first year I had 18 inspections, last year I had about 8.
I think I may miss some now cause when I'm empty I pull my sings and blow by the scales.

I was working on Ranger trucks and trailers before landstar was even a thought. I remember all the original companies, Ranger, Inway and Gemini. I would almost bet you run you run out of the ranger station in anniston ANN is a ok agent but their rates haven't been good in a long while probably since menlo got most of the first options for loads coming out of the depot. Landstar used to be ok to work with main word here is used to be. I look at their loads like I look at TQL loads (TQl actually paid better).
