Anyone have a good trip sheet pdf for tracking expenses for each trip?

    I was wondering if anyone has a PDF or printable trip sheet they use to track all their expenses and income based off trips?

    I will probably have to make it myself, but I was thinking of something I can write the basic load info down on then itemize my expenses for each trip. I'm looking to track stuff a bit better in the new year so trying to put something together.

    Right now I do it all monthly on a chart that tallies everything up by month and year, but I'd like to break it down by trips.

    I use the free version of the "wave". Fits all my needs and crazy simple. When I first started I used a note book and pen. Its still my go to when I get confused.
