Anyone work for TLC? I'm considering working for their dedicated grocery division in Champaign, IL. So far I've heard they pay 15$ per stop, 15$ an hour after two hours for detention, their trucks go 67, starting pay is 37 cents per mile, paid short miles, but paid for miles if you have to go on a detour, and they seem to have good equipment. They don't seem to be as hard on drivers as my current employer Schneider is. I'm looking to know what their raises are, specifics about their benefits, treatment, equipment, anything else that seems important. Thanks!
