Hey Everyone, I am graduating next month from a 245 hour cdl school in San Antonio, tx. I will get my tanker and hazmat soon. I am looking for a company with good CPM and Truck amenities( APU & etc). I want to live on the road full time with no hometime. I am looking at van, reefer and possibly tanker. The goal is to make good money first year while running hard. Since i dont want any hometime, i guess i can work out of anywhere. Can any one plz suggest me some good companies? appreciate you all.

    Freymiller for reefers.

Trimac Transportation would be a good tanker outfit for staying on the road. You can run coast to coast with them.

    Thank You Sir,

I have them in mind. Plus superior carriers. How probable is it to get hired with them with no experience? do you think demanding no hometime would be something that will attract them or they would be indifferent to it?
BTW, you provide good info on trucking. I thank you for that.

Superior hires new cdl grads with no experience, but only from certain schools. Maybe they have something like "running the system" which means you go anywhere/anytime, not just to certain customers at certain terminals. Tell them you're not interested in home time.
Trimac has that also and it's called "Elite Fleet" and those guys can make over $100K per year. Probably can transfer to the "Elite Fleet" after 24 months.
