Like every almost every single camper and/or RV I see is going 55mph or slower. KieL we're complaining about trucks going 62mph while these people can go 80mph but choose not to

There are 3 types of drivers for RV’s.

Insane snowbirds from Canada. Rich prudes who won’t hesitate to run you over.

But the largest group by far. The working homeless/retirees. They don’t have the money to be driving like fuel is free. Read more, learn more.

There’s a related story published last summer. Describing the mass hordes of RVs we see daily. Are NOT people enjoying life.

They should be if they are going through WY... I've seen at least 3 or 4 this year blown over between Cheyenne and Rawlins.... What I want to know is do they not realize that they ARE "Light High Profile" Vehicles???

I have watched a few go right in the ditch in front of me. They dont have the weight and stability a tractor trailer has. So there is that. And some are homeless and barly have the gas to get to there next job... Cant afford to go 70mph into a head wind.

Amazon is catering to and employing many of these people. Renting entire RV parks during seasonal peaks.

I can't stand tourists in RV's. Most of the ones in rented RV's here in Canada are international tourists and they aggrevate the hell out of me. They slow down for every curve in the road (on top of the 15km/h under the limit they're already driving). Then they'll park on the shoulder of a blind curve (still half in the lane BTW) to take photos. At least the average Canadian in an RV either drives normal or lets traffic pass when they're just drifting along sightseeing.

    Retired truckers.
Been on a mission their entire lives.
Now, he and Marge are just easin' along.

As long as they stay in the right lane as much as possible... good for them.

I am jealous of their nice n' shiny RVs... and their Bermuda shorts with fancy dress shoes... when they walk money just falls out
