    Are the tickets you received BEFORE getting your CDL reported to the CDLIS (Commercial Driver's License Information System)?

    Just curious to know if they count toward the 2 tickets/60-day suspension rule.

    That's weird. So your cdl would be suspended as soon as you received it if you already had 2 tickets prior to receiving it. Then why do companies say you can have no more than 2-3 tickets already? Wouldn't that be a waste of THEIR time to train you? I must be missing something.

    Pardon me, but they aren't tickets received in a commercial vehicle, it's my understanding they don't count!
    Correct me if I'm wrong!

    Let's start over!
    To get the two ticket, 60 day suspension;
    The ticket has to be in a commercial vehicle, AND,
    They have to be classified as'serious violations!'
    A serious violation would be for things like following to close, lane change violations, speeding 15mph or more over the limit, and several more!
    I don't remember if you get it suspended for 60 days if you get two serious violations in two years or three!

    Rachav Thanks this.

    Nah you should be fine, but I will let you know that speeding tickets that are 10 over or more in your regular vehicle, will count against your CSA score. Dunno about it they count if you had them before getting the license but they dang sure count afterwards.

    Tickets of any MPH over will get on your CSA score ONLY if an Inspection is done AND the violation is listed on the inspection form.
