'03 379. While driving today first my cruise control kicked off a few times then I noticed that my speedometer wasn't working for a while and it started working again, later the speedo quit again and at 45 mph would pull up to 15 mph several times then drop back to zero... BUT the cruise control still worked. So I guess my question is will cruise control work with a bad speed sensor? It seems to me that it should read speed could just hold the same RPM.
probably the sensor... had one do exactly this back in 07.... changed sensor and it was back to normal..
Thanks I'll get one tomorrow, I have a buddy that had a speedo go bad so I was kinds worried about losing time getting it fixed.
