I would like to know if you are fresh out of school with no experience which is the best company to hire on with. I have been reading a lot in here, and none so far sound that great. I don't expect my dream job right off the bat, but any help deciding would be great.

Sorry to rain on your parade but there are no real good starter companies.I would suggest put them all in a hat and pick one.Which ever one you decide just stay there a yr then move on.

Yes they are, but they have a relatively small hiring area...and considering that the op lives in Kingman, AZ, they wouldn't be of any help to him.
