I only know what they say on there site. www.boydbros.com
I have applied to them and waiting to hear back. I know they have hometime on weekends for certain areas and once you get your truck after training you start at .36 cpm. Again all from there site. I know most will agree that the more bad stuff you hear the more you should keep looking. If you dont hear much then they may be ok. But you choose who you want.

Yea, they seem like a good company from their website but I wonder what any of the drivers think?

I spoke with an ex driver who went local, said it was a pretty decent company. I 've got a phone interview Monday, so I'll get more detail info.

Boyd Bros have been around for a long time. I never heard anything bad about them when I was over the road.

I was offered a job by them, I was contacted by the recruiter a week before I was suppose to go down there and do orientation. I asked where my contract was that they promised they would send me explaining my pay and my sign-on bonus and my hometime; she said they had sent it and I should be receiving it anytime, but I never did, so I didnt go to work for them. I told them when they hired me, I would not travel through two states for a job with out something in writting showing me what I was promised over the phone. The contract never did show up, nor did they call me asking where I was. Now I am going to work for Wabash Valley Transportation in June. I have heard this is a better company. I guess I will find out.

Wabash Valley Transportation doesn't seem to be any better. I called them Thursday to make sure I was still on for Tuesday and they said they were not going to be able to hire me after all, no explanation and all this when just two weeks before I was told welcome aboard and was told were to got for orientation.

I'm currently thinking of going with Boyd Bros. because they have a terminal here in Cincinnati. I wish somebody had a little more information about them though.
