call me what you will, I HATE autos!!

Just upgraded today and got put in an automatic, I can honestly say after driving it, I absolutely hate this thing, I have no control at all and it held around all the time. I don't feel safe to make a delivery or anything, awful!!

 

It is my understanding that all trucks built after 2015 will be automatics. I believe that the more you understand them the better you will like them. They are great in high traffic situations. Of course the easier they are to drive the less valuable our services become. There is no way to stop progress. Someday, hopefully not in 2016, there may even be a woman in the White House.

 

I have driven 2 different ones, wasn't a big fan either of them.

First one was a 2007 Volvo.
The Second one was a 2012 Cascadia.
I did like the Cascadia a bit better, but still didn't like it all that much.

For most guys I think they either Love them or Hate them.

I don't believe that.

 

I am not 100% sure of it either. I was told that by a Volvo Sales Person when I bought my 2 780's with I shift. He told me that after I bought them and not as a sales pitch but I have not been able to verify it. Therefore, I am very cautious about putting it out there.

 

Ya!!! I'm sure you wouldn't want to start any "rumors"!!!
