Can anyone explain this tire assessment sheet?

    I don't know the steers are marked C as well.

    From looking at it, I was thinking the same thing. The C is circled on the steering tires which should definitely not be capped, so maybe some other meaning?

    I wasn't thinking valve stem caps. I will admit the words flothru were my sign, but I missed it. Wasn't the first one this week lol

    well I did say it was a guess I could be wrong and I hate to admit how long I looked at that sheet until that guess made any sense to myself. now I'm going to fridge for 1st beer

    C = reg cap
    N = no cap
    F = flow thru cap
